SPRING TRAINING

Spring Training for all football players starts Sunday April 19th from 3-5pm.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! There will be NO conditioning Sunday May 10th, due to Mother's Day.

All Alameda youth and Wolverine players are invited to participate in our Spring Training program.
Participants will train using agility, core and cardio specific workouts. Come and meet our 2015
coaches and start training now for a winning season!.

REGISTRATION: We will also have a registration table with forms and infromation regarding the
2015 season. Register now for $250 before the fee goes up to $300 starting June 1st.
